Penthouse with Terrace in Sarrià

The location was perfect—a home in Sarrià that seemingly had it all, but at that moment, what it truly lacked was soul. We came across a newly built property that offered some competitive advantages, but personalization wasn’t one of them. We had 180 square meters of white walls and cables hanging from the ceiling, signaling that those were meant to be lights.

We got to work, starting with the Interior Design Project, which is, evidently, much more than just making things look beautiful for people. We began by exploring the daily RITUALS of this lovely family. With every new idea came a new layer, a new skin that would bring warmth, serenity, and meticulous attention to detail. The new home was meant to invite calm—but it also needed a touch of emotion.

Stone materials dominate the main areas, giving the space the necessary connection to nature—from which everything originates and where truly moving environments can be created. On the other hand, the lighting work has been carefully crafted, using minimal light concepts that bring deep emotion, comfort, and well-being to the homeowners. This lighting design reaches its highest expression in the fireplace, where the fire itself becomes the element that illuminates the space through it. The sculptural fireplace acts as a grand lattice, where the fire and its light, through its interplay of light and shadow, become almost a tribal call—inviting us to gather around it.

Another of the home’s most iconic spaces is its stunning terrace, where, in addition to exceptional landscaping work, a large-format ceramic floor was installed, along with a pergola that offers both privacy and the ability to enjoy the very best of each season.

In summary, this project involved the design and custom manufacturing of bespoke furniture through our own workshop—one of our key hallmarks. It also featured the use of noble materials—both natural and ceramic—along with velvets, lacquers, natural veneers, and the implementation of a smart lighting control system that makes moving through the home a truly vibrant experience. In essence, a true work of craftsmanship, care, and personalization, created to enhance the enjoyment of our daily RITUALS.
