SSL certificate (Secure Sockets Layer)

The SSL certificate provides authentication, privacy and information security between RITUAL and the user.

RITUAL has a security certificate that is used to establish secure connections. In this process, several parameters are set to make the connection secure, using pre-established keys that encrypt and decrypt all data sent until the connection is closed.

Intellectual and industrial property

RITUAL, either itself or as assignee, holds all intellectual and industrial property rights over its website and the elements contained in it (including, but not limited to, images, sound, audio, video, software or text; trademarks or logos, colour combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, and the computer programs required for its operation, access and use). These are works protected as intellectual property under Spanish law, and both Spanish and EU regulations in this field, as well as the international treaties signed by Spain, apply to them.

Under the Spanish Intellectual Property Law, the reproduction, distribution and public communication, including making available, of all or part of the content of this website for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any technical means, without RITUAL’s authorisation, is expressly prohibited.

The user undertakes to respect RITUAL’s intellectual and industrial property rights. The user may view the elements of the website and even print, copy and store them on their computer’s hard drive or any other physical medium, provided this is solely and exclusively for personal and private use. The user must not remove, alter, circumvent or tamper with any protection device or security system installed on RITUAL’s pages.

Legal action, applicable law and jurisdiction

RITUAL also reserves the right to bring any civil or criminal action it deems appropriate for improper use of its website and content, or for breach of these terms.

The relationship between the user and the provider shall be governed by the regulations in force in Spain. Should any dispute arise, the parties may submit to arbitration or to the ordinary courts, in accordance with the applicable rules on jurisdiction and competence.
