Privacy Policy — Social Media

In accordance with current personal data protection regulations (GDPR) and Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), Interiorismo Técnico de Espacios, S.L. (RITUAL) informs users that it has created profiles on the social networks Facebook, X (Twitter) and LinkedIn, mainly to advertise its products and services.

The user has a profile on the same social network and has decided to join the page created by RITUAL, thereby showing interest in the information published there. By joining our page, the user consents to the processing of the personal data published on their profile.

The user can consult the social network’s own privacy policy at any time and configure their profile to protect their privacy.

RITUAL has access to and processes the user’s public information, in particular their contact name. These data are used only within the social network itself and are not added to any file.

Your rights

Regarding the rights of access, rectification, restriction of processing, erasure, portability and objection that you hold under the GDPR and may exercise before RITUAL, please note the following:

  • Access: defined by the functionality of the social network and the ability to access the information on users’ profiles.
  • Rectification: can only be satisfied for information under RITUAL’s control, for example by deleting comments posted on its own page. This right should normally be exercised before the social network.
  • Erasure and/or objection: as above, only for information under RITUAL’s control, for example by no longer being connected to the profile.

What RITUAL does

RITUAL will carry out the following actions:

  • Access the public information on the user’s profile.
  • Post on the user’s profile any information already published on RITUAL’s page.
  • Send personal, individual messages through the social network’s channels.
  • Publish page status updates that will appear on the user’s profile.

The user can always control their connections, delete content that no longer interests them and restrict who they share their connections with through their privacy settings.

Posts

Once connected to RITUAL’s page, the user may post comments, links, images, photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by the social network. In all cases, the user must own that content, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of the third parties involved. Any post on the page — text, graphics, photographs, videos, etc. — that offends or may offend morality, ethics, good taste or decency, and/or that infringes intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights or the law is expressly prohibited. In such cases, RITUAL reserves the right to remove the content immediately and may request that the user be permanently blocked.

RITUAL is not responsible for content freely posted by a user.

The user should bear in mind that their posts will be visible to other users, so they are primarily responsible for their own privacy.

Images posted on the page will not be stored in any file by RITUAL, but they will remain on the social network.

Contests and promotions

RITUAL reserves the right to run contests and promotions in which users connected to its page may take part. When the social network’s platform is used for this, the rules of each one will be published there, always in compliance with the LSSI-CE and any other applicable regulations.

The social network does not sponsor, endorse or administer any of our promotions in any way, nor is it associated with any of them.

Advertising

RITUAL will use the social network to advertise its products and services. If it decides to use your contact details for direct commercial prospecting, it will always do so in compliance with the legal requirements of the GDPR and the LSSI-CE.

Recommending RITUAL’s page to other users so that they can also enjoy its promotions or stay informed about its activity will not be considered advertising.
