Every project starts with the interior design project, because only then can the renovation be priced accurately. For the same reason, we do not carry out renovations designed by other architects or interior designers.
Yes. Many of our clients live outside Spain while their home is designed and renovated. We handle the whole process (design, materials, suppliers, licences and site coordination) with one point of contact who speaks your language.

Yes. We work in English, Russian, Spanish, Catalan and Portuguese, from the first meeting to the handover of the keys. You will never need a translator to follow your own project.
Yes. From our interior design studio in Barcelona we design and coordinate projects anywhere in the world: design, materials, suppliers and site coordination.

Yes. Our technical architects handle the works licence, and for commercial premises we manage the activity licence with an external industrial engineer. Administrative deadlines are built into the schedule from day one.
Yes. We have our own carpentry workshop, where we build kitchens, wardrobes and one-off pieces in parallel with the works. It shortens timelines and gives a level of finish that is hard to achieve by subcontracting.
In our studio repeating ideas is forbidden, even the ones we love. We follow Thomas Edison: genius is 10% inspiration and 90% perspiration.
